Return & Exchange Policy

At Drokke, we are committed to give our customers a satisfactory shopping experience with any product they have ordered on our website “www.drokke.com”. If customer is not satisfied with any product, we will accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

About Drokke’s Return Policy

Request for return: Customer can make request for return by drop a query either on Facebook messenger or by just dropping an e-mail at care.drokke@gmail.com. Customer needs to mention order ID in their request. Our returns related customer service executive will guide him/her for further processing.

  • Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes.There is bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
  • 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
  • We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.
  • Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
  • Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
  • We will refund the paid amount only if the order at delivery is damaged, faulty or if the order is wrong.
  • No refund will be given by us if the order has been delivered with the color and size as selected by the customer while placing the order.
  • We make sure to make our product listings as accurate and descriptive as possible so that the customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition.

Exchange facility: Drokke allows customers to exchange product in case they find the product with manufacturing defect, damaged or in different size. Request for exchange can be made by dropping your query on our Facebook messenger or by just dropping an e-mail at care.drokke@gmail.com . Once we receive back product, our team will check the product for the issue mentioned by customer. We will send customer another piece of the same product if our team satisfies with the standard checks.

Return shipping: Please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a reverse pickup facility for now. Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. We will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

 

Standard checks of returned products: In the course of product returned/exchange, all products are checked by our team. Return policy void if price tag is broken or tampered, product damaged in transit due to improper packing by customer, missing any accompanied accessories. It should have original invoice and all other stuff sent with the parcel. Product should be in proper and unused condition. It is all subject to inspection by Drokke team. Kindly note that we will not accept return if the products sold in any sale or promotional offers.

 

NOTE:  Drokke customer care executives never demand for OTP or card details from anyone. So, kindly don’t share such confidential details.
